Partners can sign an agreement with Arion that enables them to issue claims in the name of their customers. This creates value for partners servicing customers who have the need to request payments. #### Who can access Once a partnership has been established and a an agreement has been signed, partners will be able to sign up new claimants with the API. To issue, alter or cancel claims on their behalf, partners will need to use the [Arion Claims API](https://arionbanki.gitbook.io/arion-banki/business-apis/claims-api).
